As part of the USFWC's annual governance cycle, members are invited to draft and submit proposals for the board, staff, and membership at-large to consider. Join us at this office hours to discuss your proposal idea with USFWC staff. Proposals should reflect collective action or positions you want to see the USFWC take or represent, especially issues that affect many members across the worker co-op business ecosystem. This process is best suited for member-driven initiatives that reflect broad concerns or organizing opportunities. (It is not intended for addressing singular organization concerns or feedback for staff.) Consider framing it in one of these 3 categories:
Proposals are due by Monday, August 3rd at 12PM ET. For general feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you can use our Member Suggestion Box or email us membership@usworker.coop. For time-sensitive endorsements (i.e. urgent policy proposals that impact worker co-ops), a faster endorsement process is available. Contact policy@usworker.coop for more information.
