For members enrolled in dental and/or vision benefits through the USFWC Worker Benefits Program, this session will give an overview of how to use the benefits and have live Q&A with the Worker Benefits Program Manager.

- how to find an in-network dentist or eye doctor
- what to do if you don't have your insurance card
- how to get a pre-treatment estimate for dental procedures
- how to submit a claim for out-of-network services
