Please join Alison Booth Gribas, Co-op Clinic Peer Advisor for a session on Building Effective Systems of Evaluation and Accountability in Worker Cooperatives.

This session walks worker-owners and cooperative developers through the process of laying the groundwork for, creating, and implementing systems of accountability and evaluation in small to medium sized worker cooperatives. Its appendices provide extensive resources for worker cooperatives looking to implement great systems of work planning and evaluation, from sample agendas to guidelines for creating a new evaluation system.

You're encouraged to share experiences from your own workplace during this webinar - What are your challenges in this area? What have you tried in the past - and what were the results? What are you doing now and is it working? Needs some tweaking (or an overhaul!)?
