Welcome to Co-op Hour, the USFWC’s bi-monthly online, interactive gathering dedicated to exploring a specific topic within the worker cooperative movement, featuring worker-owners and experts in the field. This month, we’re focusing on CONVERSIONS.

What’s it like to convert your business to a worker-owned business? What do you workers need to know in order to successfully transition?  You’ll hear from three businesses about their experiences, and followed by Q&A and a discussion. We’ll talk about specific needs for converted worker-owned businesses, challenges, successes, and the future of this rapidly growing piece of the worker co-op movement. Featuring:
